Removal and installation of right side monitor panel assembly
Removal
Stop the machine on a level ground and fix the front and rear frames with the articulate lock bar. k Be sure to fix the articulate lock bar with the pin. k Lower the bucket to the ground and stop the engine. k Apply the parking brake and lock the tires with chocks.
Open the engine hood, lock it with the pin, and disconnect the cable from the negative (–) terminal of the battery. k Disconnect the cable from the negative (–) terminal of the battery.
1. Remove 2 bolts (2) of right side monitor panel (1).
2. Remove 2 mounting bolts (4) of upper cover (3) and 3 mounting bolts (6) of lower cover (5).
3. While raising upper cover (3), remove lower cover (5).
4. Disconnect wirings (7) from the right side monitor panel.
Record the connection point of the disconnected wiring.
5. Remove right side monitor panel (1).
Installation
Carry out installation in the reverse order to removal.
