Replacement of the valve seat.
Remove the worn seats and mill the rings. Be very careful not to damage the housing on the head. Check the diameter of the housings on the head and select the oversized valve seat, bearing in mind that the assembly interference must be of 0.0043+0.0063 in. Spare valve seats ore supplied of oversized 0.001 2 in on the outer diameter. Heat slowly and uniformly perfectly in square in the relevant hou in the relevant housing. Let it cool and then mill the scats and grand the valves.
