CYLINDER HEAD/VALVES
Turn the crankshaft counterclockwise and align the "T" mark on the flywheel with the index mark on the crankcase.
CAUTION: When turning the crankshaft. make sure the Cam chain does not jam at the cam chtain tensioner or crankshaft.
Align the timing marks on the cam sprocket with the top of the cylinder head and install the cam chain over t he sprocket.
Install the cam sprocket onto the camshaft flange and align the cam sprocket bolt holes in the sprocket and shaft.
Install and tighten the cam sprocket bolt.
Turn the crankshaft counterclockwise 360° and install the other cam sprocket boil.
Turn the crankshaft counterclockwise and align the "T" mark with the index mark, then check that the timing marks on the cam sprocket align with the top of the cylinder head.
Install the camshaft holder dowel pins.
NOTE: Apply sealant to the holder as shown.
