CRANKCASE ASSEMBLY
Clean the crankcase mating surfaces thoroughly, bering careful not to damage them.
Apply engine oil to the lips of a new countershaft oil seal.
Install the oil seal into the left crankcase so the depth from the crankcase surface is 0.5-1.0 mm.
Apply liquid sealant to the left crankcase mating surface as shown.
Install the two dowel pins.
Install the left crankcase onto the right crankcase, being careful not to damage oil seal lips.
Install the 13 left crankcase bolts.
