Fitting
1. Vacuum clean all surfaces before fitting the panel.
2. Position the windscreen panel in place without securing it.
3. Reconnect all connections to customer equipment.
Most of the connections to customer equipment are located here under the small inspection hatch.
4. Push the panel down so that the tube to the ticket machine is positioned correctly in the hole (1).
5. Reach your hand under the windscreen panel at the driver's window and tighten the nut on the underside of the panel.
6. Refit the screws (2) in the cash drawer.
7. Refit the small inspection hatch (1).
8. Refit the screws securing the panel at the windscreen.
9. Refit the screws at the instrument cluster.
10. Refit all customer equipment such as monitor, microphone and suchlike.
11. Test the function of the customer equipment.
Renewing the windscreen panel, door side
Removal
Before removing the right-hand windscreen panel, the left-hand panel must first be removed.

2. Undo the screw securing the panel at the side of the door.
3. Open the hatch to the refrigerator.
4. Undo the screws around the refrigerator bezel.
5. Lift out the windscreen panel.

Renewing the ceiling panels, aisle
1. Remove ceiling strips, roof hatch frames, air intake and imitation leather.
2. Remove the fluorescent tube shades covering the ceiling lighting.
3. Undo the screws securing the entire panel in the roof frame.
4. Trace the contours of the panel onto a new panel and saw it out.
5. Clean the assembly surface and remove old sealant and dirt.
6. Fit the new ceiling panels and tighten the screws.
7. Apply sealant and stick the imitation leather onto the ceiling panel.
8. Fit ceiling strips, roof hatch frames, air intake and fluorescent tube shades.
