Matching the hall-bearings and the big end.
Fit the half-bearings to the big end and tighten the connecting bolts to a torque setting of 6+6,5 Kgm (58.8-c63.7 Nm).
Measure the diameter of the big end and the big end journal.
Check limits and play using the table below and then mount the big end on the crankshaft. Make sure that the centering spring clips are fitted between the cap and the big end. Grease the big end and the half bearings with MOLYBDENUM grease. Use new retaining bolts and tighten to the correct torque setting; check the axial and radial play of the big end.
