FILLING COOLING SYSTEM
Remove vacuum hose from heating system water valve. Fill cooling system through expansion tank. Warm up engine and top off, if necessary. Replace expansion tank cap. Connect vacuum hose to water valve.
SERVICING
Manufacturer suggests coolant be changed every 25,000 miles (40,000 km) since corrosion-protective additives in coolant loose effectiveness over time.
ADJUSTMENTS
NOTE: Tension for drive belts should be able to depress 0.2-0.4 in (5-10 mm) midway between pulleys. See Fig. 2 .
