Adjustment

The clutch trust bearing is constant contact type.

The clutch plate moves back as the clutch plate wears down.

Pedal position need not be adjusted because the mechanism is hydraulic.

Pedal travel is adjusted between to 115/120 mm (Fig. 7).

If the clutch pedal is no longer aligned with the brake pedal after disassembling the pedal unit, adjust as follows:

- Fully unscrew push road 4 and 6.

- Adjust pedal to required height by means of adjuster 2.

- Adjust push road 4 to bring into contact with pedal in rest position. Tighten by one more turn.

- Pushing the clutch pedal until getting a stroke by 115/120 mm (Fig. 7), adjust the push rod 6 until it touches the pedal and then screw in again.

The pedal end stops are now set by the adjustment push road and the specified travel can be used.
