Power Steering Fluid Cooler
Removal and Installation
1. Raise the vehicle on a hoist. For additional information, refer to Section 100-02 .
2. Remove the screws, the air deflector and the shield.
3. Loosen the clamps and disconnect the hoses.
· Drain the fluid into a suitable container.
4. Remove the bolts, the nut, and the fluid cooler (3D746).
5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
6. Fill and purge the power steering system. For additional information, refer to Section 211-00.
